Your raw submitted idea, uploaded text, and MVP documents are used only to understand the product concept and generate the requested preview and report. When processing finishes, those raw inputs are cleared from the system cache and are not used to train public models. Research dimensions, generated reports, report identifiers, and job identifiers are handled separately so we can run the service and deliver report artifacts.

When you sign in, we may process your account email, authentication provider, provider account identifier, session state, and account settings so you can create previews, access paid reports, and view order history.

Creem acts as the merchant of record and contractual reseller for purchases completed through its checkout. Creem collects and processes checkout information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment details, and order information under its own Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. ProductIdeaScout does not store full card numbers. We may receive and store order status, checkout and payment identifiers, refund records and status, buyer email, tax or country metadata, and related records needed for delivery, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.

Research focuses on public source evidence and public user discussions. We do not ask you to provide private third-party data, and you should not submit secrets, credentials, private customer records, or regulated personal data.

Support requests may include your account email, order id, checkout session id, report id, job id, refund request details, refund status, messages, and diagnostic details needed to investigate account, delivery, or billing issues.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication sessions, UI language preferences, security, fraud prevention, basic product analytics, and site performance. You can control many cookie settings through your browser.

Raw idea inputs and uploaded MVP documents are cleared from the system cache after the requested processing finishes. Generated reports are stored for a limited period so you can reopen and download them; report access expires according to the retention rules shown in the application. We keep account, order, support, diagnostic, and legally required records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy tax or accounting obligations, and maintain audit logs.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, order, and report data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data to ProductIdeaScout.

ProductIdeaScout and its providers may process data in countries different from where you live. When required, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, or legal safeguards for international data transfers.

Depending on your location, you may request to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your account, or object to certain processing. Send requests to [email protected] and include the account email you use with the service.

ProductIdeaScout is intended for business and product research use and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to enter into an online service agreement in your location.
