Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests for one-time paid validation report purchases made through Paddle are submitted, reviewed, and processed under Paddle's Refund Policy.
One-time purchase
Each paid ProductIdeaScout Validation Decision Pack is a $39 one-time purchase unless a different price is shown at checkout. No subscription, recurring billing, hidden fee, or cancellation step is created for a single report purchase.
Paddle refund policy
Purchases made through Paddle follow Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle buyer terms, and mandatory consumer rights. ProductIdeaScout does not publish separate product-specific refund exclusions for Paddle purchases.
Refund request window
Refund requests for Paddle transactions may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law may provide additional mandatory consumer rights in some locations.
How to request a refund
Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link in your receipt or account billing page, visit https://paddle.net and choose Request refund, or email [email protected] if you need help locating the Paddle transaction.
Approved refund timing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible within 14 days of approval. Paddle, bank, or card network timing may affect when funds appear on your statement. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that apply under Paddle buyer terms.
