You may submit a refund request within 14 days of the transaction date. If our system confirms that it cannot generate a usable report, we issue a full refund automatically. We respond to requests within 3 business days, and approved refunds for Creem purchases are processed by Creem.

No. ProductIdeaScout is pay-per-report. You only pay when you want a full report, and there are no recurring charges.

Your raw idea input and uploaded documents are cleared when processing finishes and are not used to train public models. The generated report is tied to your account and stored for a limited period so you can reopen and download it; it is not shared publicly without your permission.

Reports are available in your Personal Center for a limited period. After expiration, a report may no longer be viewable, but you can always start a new validation for the same idea.
