ProductIdeaScout scans public sources and public user discussions that can be cited or summarized without exposing private customer reports.
90-day evidence window
Recent evidence is prioritized with a 90-day window when the source supports it, so the decision reflects current demand signals instead of stale discussion.
Evidence chain
Each decision connects source snippets to pain clusters, target audience fit, competitor context, and a Go / Narrow / Pivot recommendation.
Privacy boundary
User report pages, previews, checkout, payment, account, job progress, and admin pages stay private from search indexing and are excluded from the sitemap.
Refund and failure handling
If a paid job fails and no usable report can be generated, refund handling follows the real order status and the public Refund Policy rather than public sample pages.
